     One of the most common questions I get asked as a paranormal investigator is, "How did you get into ghost hunting?" The decision to explore the unknown and unexplained wasn't a split decision. It wasn't like browsing the classified ads, seeing a job announcement for paranormal investigator and thinking, "Oh that might be interesting." A paranormal Investigator was something I became over time. It started as a fascination that I had as a child and grew into a passion. In the late 90's we spent the nights traveling dark roads and seeking out urban legends. After ten years of exploration and research, I met Scott and formed Virginia Paranormal Investigations. There is no school or degree for a paranormal investigator, instead the experience comes with research and hands on practice.
